PSY serves as a supportive companion for individuals pursuing self-development, psychological well-being, and enhanced mental health.

The Mental Health Balance functionality offers users the ability to evaluate their emotional state, manage stress, and promote psychological wellness. It also aids in establishing goals and provides daily recommendations tailored to foster improvement in users' overall well-being.

Through an array of techniques and tools designed to explore various aspects of personality and internal roles—specifically the Inner Child, Inner Adult, and Inner Parent—users are guided in organizing their thoughts and achieving greater harmony among these internal components. Here are the functions available for each role:
